Jason Cockcroft ist ein mit diversen Preisen ausgezeichneter britischer Illustrator von Kinderbüchern.
Er gestaltete die Umschlagbilder der britischen Ausgaben für Kinder der Harry-Potter-Bücher.
- Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (Harry Potter und der Orden des Phönix)
- Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (Harry Potter und der Halbblutprinz)
- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Harry Potter und die Heiligtümer des Todes)
Cockcroft erhielt im Jahr 2000 den Blue Peter Book Award mit der Illustration des Buches "A Pilgrim's Progress". Darüberhinaus gestaltete er auch die Bücher "Billywise", "Daddy's Lullaby", "Blue Rabbit".
